I have a discount coupon / voucher. How do I apply it?

Very easy:

After selecting your products and adding them to your shopping cart, go to "View Cart Details" and you'll see a special space for discount codes on the right side of the screen, where you have to enter your code and press the "Apply code" button. You will see on the screen the message "Coupon Code has been applied", and the prices in the shopping cart will change according to this discount.

Attention! Only valid coupons that meet the application conditions you were notified of when you received the coupon will be accepted.

Can I accumulate the Coupons / Vouchers I own?

Vouchers cannot be used cumulatively. You can use a single voucher for a shopping cart by activating the "Apply Code" option in your shopping cart.

Can discount coupons / vouchers be applied to already discounted products?

Discount coupons / Vouchers are not cumulated with other possible promotions or with the reduction related to the Loyalty Program.

How do I send a return?

To return one or more items from the online order, please go to the Return Form and read all the return terms.

What you need to do:

1. Place the items in the package in the original packaging, with all the security features (identification label) and the accompanying documents.
2. You can call any courier you want, because this transport is done at the customer's expense. Parcels that arrive with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
3. Add in the package the completed return form
4. Be sure to return to the specified return address

If the returned products show signs of use and do not have the original label, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the value of the product. We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, modified or damaged.

Since the return transport is done at the customer's expense, you can choose any courier you want, the only condition is delivery to the return address. We do not collect returns from other locations (eg post offices) and therefore we recommend that you do not send by Romanian Post or other courier services that do not deliver to the address.

What is the return term?

You can return an online order within 14 days of receiving the product.

How do I get my money back when I return?

The value of the returned product will be paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt and validation of the return by bank transfer, in the account you fill in the Withdrawal Form or, if you made the payment online, with the bank card , directly to the account from which you paid when placing the order.
