Regarding the problems that may occur with the products delivered by our online store, do not hesitate to contact us at the e-mail address, in order to identify the best way how to solve them.

If the product you ordered is not to your liking or you are not satisfied with its quality, or you want to replace it with another product, you have the option to change your mind and return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, according to OUG 34/2014 - Government Emergency Ordinance on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

According to the same OUG 34/2014 mentioned in the previous paragraph, the transport costs of the returned product are borne by the consumer. For the exchange, the cost of the return trip transportation will be paid by the consumer. We ask the customer to carefully pack the object he wants to return, so that it is well protected during transport. Otherwise, will be exonerated from any liability regarding any damage. Since the return transport is done at the customer's expense, you can choose any courier you want, the only condition is delivery to the return address. We do not collect returns from other locations (e.g. post offices) and therefore we recommend that you do not send by Romanian Post or other courier services that do not deliver to the address.

If the return is made in compliance with the conditions listed above, the value of the returned product will be paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract (return) from the customer. The method of reimbursing the value of the products is the same as the payment method by which the customer paid the order, but if the customer accepts and can provide a bank account, prefers - for efficiency - the refund of money by bank transfer.

In case of return of one / more products that were the subject of a promotional campaign conditioned by the total amount / the number of products in the shopping cart, the price of the non-returned product / products will be recalculated according to the application mechanism of the respective promotion, the refunded amount being recalculated accordingly. For example: in a campaign in which the second product purchased is reduced by a certain percentage, if the product is returned at full price, the price of the other product will be recalculated, this being adjusted to the unreduced price. Another example: in a campaign where there are three levels of discount depending on the total amount or number of products in the cart (X% discount for buying a product / amount in the cart, Y% discount for buying two products / amount in the cart , Z% discount for the purchase of three or more products / amount from the cart), the return of some of the products will lead to the recalculation of the price of the products stopped by the customer under the conditions of application of the respective promotion. In case of return of some products from the orders on the basis of which you benefited from bonus points, the equivalent value of the points transformed into vouchers will be deducted from the amount you will be paid.

According to OUG 34/2014 - Government Emergency Ordinance on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, when the customer decides to return a product, it must inform in writing, on the email address, about all the specific data of the return and withdrawal from the contract. To facilitate the return procedure, makes available to customers Return Form which must be completed in order to correctly identify the products and delivery documents, as well as to issue return documents and return the value of the products. Only one return of the product is accepted for each order.

We remind you that this transport is done at the expense of the client, according to the law. Parcels that arrive with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
