Deliveries across the European Union
The countries located in the territory of the European Union are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Delivery is FREE for any order over 200 EUR, for any destination in the European Union, within a maximum of 3 working days of when registering the order. Orders worth less than 200 EUR will have a fixed delivery cost of 15 EUR, regardless of the destination or delivery method.
Delivery is made by express courier, under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid - according to Incoterms 2021) and the package will be delivered to the address mentioned in command.
Worldwide Delivery (other than European Union)
Delivery is FREE for any order over 500 EUR, for any destination in the world located outside the European Union, within 5-7 days worker since registering the order. Orders worth less than 500 EUR will have a fixed delivery cost of 40 EUR, regardless of the destination or delivery method.
Delivery is made by express courier, under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid - according to Incoterms 2021) and the package will be delivered to the address mentioned in command.
If you would like to specify certain delivery requests such as delivery time, address, or landmarks, please enter these in the comments box before completing the order. The package can be picked up by any family member.
Products are delivered according to the stock availability. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be notified accordingly. In some cases, the ordered product may be replaced with a similar product if you wish and agree to it.
The liability for any damage caused to the product or the package sent by us, rests with the courier company or the carrier according to the legislation in force. The products will be replaced by us if the courier's fault is proven and we will be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package.
When the goods are shipped, the courier company will send you an e-mail containing the sender's tracking number and the password that will allow you to track the online delivery on the site. If you do not receive this email, you should contact customer service by email at email@example.com
